A security guard who launched a sex attack on a woman leaving work near Preston city centre has been jailed for eighteen months.
Gambian born Tamsir Bittaye attacked the victim in her car and then got out of the vehicle laughing.
Bittaye, 33, of Friargate, Preston, pleaded guilty to the sexual assault which took place in January last year.
The offence took place as the woman was leaving work and had gone to her parked car.
The defendant's barrister said the guilty plea had saved the victim having to relive the experience at court.
Bittaye will be on the sex offenders' register for ten years.
The judge at Preston crown court said that whether he would be automatically deported was a matter for the Home Office to resolve.
