Big Brother fans from Lancashire have been given the opportunity to take part in their favourite series as casting opens for the 2024 show.

Hosted by Blackburn's AJ Odudu and Will Best, the legendary reality series Big Brother is returning to ITV2 and ITVX later this year, and is looking for Lancashire housemates to apply.

Initial TV, who cast for Big Brother, want to hear from the most interesting, funny and stand-out characters from all walks of life in Lancashire.

Their call out says: "Full of clever tasks, nail-biting nominations and live evictions - have you got what it takes to be crowned the winner?"

For the 'experience of a lifetime' and the chance of winning an incredible amount of money in TV’s most iconic house, you can apply here on the Big Brother website.

The iconic reality television show first aired on Channel 4 in 2000 where it stayed for 10 years before moving over to Channel 5 from 2011 to 2018.

In 2018, Big Brother was axed, but freshly returned last year, with AJ Odudu also hosting the new series.

Applications close July 31. Applicants must be aged 18 or over when applying.
